# Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-13

Acceptance

By using Tag Fire (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a workspace or organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to bind it.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@tagfire.app of any unauthorized use.

Google data access

When you connect a Google account, you grant Tag Fire permission to read the GA4 properties and GTM containers you select, using the OAuth scopes you approve. You may revoke that access at any time from your Google account permissions page. Tag Fire's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service to access Google accounts or analytics properties you are not authorized to access.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written agreement.
- Reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to send spam, infringe rights, or violate any law.
- Probe, scan, or test the Service's security without prior written permission.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed by Paddle on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices, currencies, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your profile — your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period, and we do not refund partial periods unless required by law.

Workspaces

Workspace owners are responsible for the conduct of members they invite and for the data they upload. Workspace owners may remove members at any time.

Intellectual property

Tag Fire and its content (excluding your data) are owned by TagFire and protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload or connect; you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

Public profile pages

If you create a public profile page (/u/your-username), the content you publish there is publicly accessible. Do not publish anything you do not have the right to share.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". Audit results and recommendations are informational; we do not guarantee they are complete or error-free. We are not affiliated with Google.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TagFire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
